     John Dionne provides the following information based on a handwritten genealogy by Edith Elizabeth Holcomb. Richard Holcomb Liberty was born on 7 September 1920 at Granby, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Wilfred Liberty and Arabelle May Holcombe. Richard Holcomb Liberty died on 28 June 1994 at Westfield, Hampden Co., MA, at age 73.

     Deacon Joseph Olmsted was born in 1654. He was the son of Capt. Nicholas Olmsted and Sarah Loomis.¹ Deacon Joseph Olmsted married Elizabeth Butler. Deacon Joseph Olmsted died on 5 October 1726 at East Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.¹

     Elizabeth Butler was born in 1643. She married Deacon Joseph Olmsted, son of Capt. Nicholas Olmsted and Sarah Loomis. Elizabeth Butler died in 1729.

     Thomas Newberry was born on 1 September 1657. He married Anne Ford on 12 March 1676. Thomas Newberry died on 30 April 1688 at age 30.

     Anne Ford married Thomas Newberry on 12 March 1676. Anne Ford died on 6 January 1690.

     Samuel was a merchant in Windsor in 1685. He subsequently removed to Wethersfield and located on Wolcott Hill about a mile west of the village. Samuel Wolcott was born on 16 April 1656. He was the son of Henry Wolcott and Sarah Newberry. Samuel Wolcott married Judith Appleton, daughter of Samuel Appleton and Mary Oliver, on 6 March 1678. Samuel Wolcott died on 14 June 1695 at age 39.

     The Wolcott genealogy gives her date of death as Feb 19, 1741, aged 88 years. Judith Appleton was born in 1661. She was the daughter of Samuel Appleton and Mary Oliver. Judith Appleton married Samuel Wolcott, son of Henry Wolcott and Sarah Newberry, on 6 March 1678. Judith Appleton died in 1702.

     Samuel Appleton was born in 1625. He was the son of Samuel Appleton and Judith Everard. Samuel Appleton married Mary Oliver in 1656. Samuel Appleton died in 1696.

     Mary Oliver was born in 1640. She married Samuel Appleton, son of Samuel Appleton and Judith Everard, in 1656. Mary Oliver died in 1698.

     Samuel Wolcott was born on 11 April 1679. He was the son of Samuel Wolcott and Judith Appleton. Samuel Wolcott married Abigail Whiting, daughter of Rev. Nathaniel Collins and Mary Whiting, in 1705. Samuel Wolcott died in 1734.

     Rev. Nathaniel Collins was born in 1642. He was the son of Deacon Edward Collins and Martha (?) Rev. Nathaniel Collins married Mary Whiting, daughter of Rev. Samuel Whiting. Rev. Nathaniel Collins died in 1684.

     Mary Whiting was the daughter of Rev. Samuel Whiting. Mary Whiting married Rev. Nathaniel Collins, son of Deacon Edward Collins and Martha (?).

     Rev. Samuel Whiting was born in 1597. He died in 1679.

     Abigail Whiting was born in 1681. She was the daughter of Rev. Nathaniel Collins and Mary Whiting. Abigail Whiting married Samuel Wolcott, son of Samuel Wolcott and Judith Appleton, in 1705. Abigail Whiting died in 1758.

     Mehitable Wolcott married Jonathan Russell. Mehitable Wolcott was born in 1715. She was the daughter of Samuel Wolcott and Abigail Whiting.
