She supplied all of the records of the descendants of Sherman Cooley for the Cooley Genealogy. Ora Ann Cooley was born on 10 February 1884 at Eagle, Cass Co., NE. She was the daughter of Alfred Sherman Cooley and Rosalia Smith. Ora Ann Cooley married Norman Brown, son of John Brown and Jane Thompson, on 31 March 1908 at Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE.

     Norman came to America in 1893 and was naturalized on becoming of age. He resided in New York City unitl 1904, since 1922 lived in Minnesota.
