     Ada Hollebaugh was born in 1851. She was the daughter of Joel Valentine Hollebaugh and Ann Rebecca Hergesheimer. Ada Hollebaugh married Jonathan Oscar Sloane, son of Jonathan West Sloane and Rosella Bushnell.

     Anna Irene Sloane was born at White Cloud, KS. She was the daughter of Jonathan Oscar Sloane and Ada Hollebaugh. Anna Irene Sloane married (?) Smisor.

     Ebenezer Clinton Shaw was born in 1828. He was the son of Harry Shaw and Mary Snyder. Ebenezer Clinton Shaw married Martha Skinner in 1851. Ebenezer Clinton Shaw died in 1895.

     Martha Skinner was born in 1831. She married Ebenezer Clinton Shaw, son of Harry Shaw and Mary Snyder, in 1851.

     Ray Shaw was born at Towanda, Bradford Co., PA. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Clinton Shaw and Martha Skinner.

     Abel Porter Holcombe was born on 11 March 1830 at Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY. He was the son of Abel Holcombe and Amanda Curtis. Abel Porter Holcombe married Druscilla Beals, daughter of Samuel Beals and Drucilla Petty, on 20 July 1850. Abel Porter Holcombe died on 5 September 1917 at age 87.

Porter A. and Drusilla were enumerated in the 1875 Silver Creek, Chautauqua Co., NY, state census. He was a manufacturer age 45, she was 50. Children in the household were Lillie 20, Lovie 16, and neice Allie Rolfe 18.

     Druscilla Beals was born circa 1825 at VT. She was the daughter of Samuel Beals and Drucilla Petty. Druscilla Beals married Abel Porter Holcombe, son of Abel Holcombe and Amanda Curtis, on 20 July 1850. Druscilla Beals died circa 1886.

     Lillian A. Holcombe was born in April 1855 at NY.³ She was the daughter of Abel Porter Holcombe and Druscilla Beals. Lillian A. Holcombe married Melvin J. Knox circa 1875.³

Melvin and Lilly were enumerated in the 1880 Silver Creek, Chautauqua Co., NY, federal census. He was 27, she was 25. Children in the household were Edith 1 and an as yet unnamed boy age 1 month.

Lilly was enumerated in the 1900 Hanover, Chautauqua Co., NY, federal census. She was the head of the household, age 45. Children in the household were Edith 21, Porter 20, Druscilla 10, and Flora 5.

     Melvin J. Knox was born in 1853. He married Lillian A. Holcombe, daughter of Abel Porter Holcombe and Druscilla Beals, circa 1875.¹

     Edith Knox was born in November 1878 at Chautauqua Co., NY.² She was the daughter of Melvin J. Knox and Lillian A. Holcombe.

     Porter Knox was born in April 1880 at NY.¹ Porter Knox was the child of Melvin J. Knox and Lillian A. Holcombe.

     Hannah Graves was born in 1822. She was the daughter of Major Graves and Abigail Lankton. Hannah Graves married Charles Armstrong Rhoads, son of Anthony Rhoads and Elizabeth Secor, in 1844. Hannah Graves died in 1895.

     Charles Armstrong Rhoads was born in 1810. He was the son of Anthony Rhoads and Elizabeth Secor. Charles Armstrong Rhoads married Hannah Graves, daughter of Major Graves and Abigail Lankton, in 1844. Charles Armstrong Rhoads died in 1884.
