     Harriet Jinks Thompson was born on 27 June 1827.¹ She was the daughter of Seth Thompson and Chloe Phelps. Harriet Jinks Thompson married Gen. Richard Erskine Holcombe, son of Thomas Holcombe and Clarinda Pettibone, on 26 July 1853 at Enfield, Hartford Co., CT. Harriet Jinks Thompson died on 16 April 1883 at age 55.¹

     Mary Barber Holcombe was born on 21 December 1858 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT.^4,5 She was the daughter of Gen. Richard Erskine Holcombe and Harriet Jinks Thompson. Mary Barber Holcombe married Dr. Frank Newton Loomis, son of James Newton Loomis and Catherine Pratt.⁵ Mary Barber Holcombe died on 6 October 1951 at age 92.⁴

     Dr. Frank Newton Loomis was the son of James Newton Loomis and Catherine Pratt. Dr. Frank Newton Loomis married Mary Barber Holcombe, daughter of Gen. Richard Erskine Holcombe and Harriet Jinks Thompson.¹

     Emily Chapin Coye was born on 24 November 1890 at Abilene, KS. She was graduated in 1912 at smith College, Northampton, MA. She married Norton Ellsworth Wood, son of Brig. Gen. Oliver Ellsworth Wood and Mary Wadsworth Norton, on 5 August 1914 at New York City, NY. Emily Chapin Coye lived at Little Cedars, Shelter Harbor, Westerly, RI. She died on 18 March 1976 at St. Luke's Hospial, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, at age 85. She was buried on 23 March 1976 at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.

Emily and edward are buried together in the churchyard of the Christ Chruch, Episcopal, Westerly, RI. They had no children. Emily Chapin Wood was born on 24 June 1917 at Atlanta, GA. She was the daughter of Norton Ellsworth Wood and Emily Chapin Coye. Emily Chapin Wood was graduated in 1938 at University of Chicago, Chicago, Cook Co., IL. She married Edward C. Grauel, son of William Grauel and Margaret Orner. Emily Chapin Wood died on 1 April 1991 at emphysema, Westerly, RI, at age 73.

     Norton Ellsworth Wood Jr. was born on 25 August 1918 at Providence, RI. He was the son of Norton Ellsworth Wood and Emily Chapin Coye. Norton Ellsworth Wood Jr. was graduated at Yale University, New Haven, New Haven Co., CT. He died in August 1977.

     John Lawrence Wood was born on 8 March 1921. He was the son of Norton Ellsworth Wood and Emily Chapin Coye. John Lawrence Wood was graduated at Unites States Military Academy, West Point, Orange Co., NY. He died in March 1986 at RI.

     Lois Brown was born on 14 August 1905 at West Bend, IA. She was the daughter of George Brown and Juliet Bouret. Lois Brown married William Qunicy Porter, son of Frank Chamberlain Porter and Delia Wood Lyman, on 21 December 1926. Lois Brown died on 31 March 1980 at Heart Attack, Hamden, at age 74.

     Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels was born on 26 July 1881 at Oakland, CA. He was the son of Pieter Justus van Löben Sels and Adele Virginie de Fremery. Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels married Helen Adelaide Ellsworth, daughter of William Webster Ellsworth and Helen Yale Smith, on 31 May 1905 at Esperanza, "Missing Place" no. 6425. Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels died on 1 June 1971 at Sacramento, Sacramento Co., CA, at age 89.

     Helen Adele Elizabeth van Löben Sels was born on 19 April 1906 at Oakland, CA. She was the daughter of Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels and Helen Adelaide Ellsworth. Helen Adele Elizabeth van Löben Sels was graduated in 1929 at BS; Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA. She was graduated in 1932 at MS; Cornell. She married Theodore Chamberlin Jr., son of Dr. Theodore Chamberlin and Anne Locke Bixby, on 7 March 1935 at Amistad in Vorden, CA. Helen Adele Elizabeth van Löben Sels died on 16 August 2008 at age 102.

     Lucy Lois van Löben Sels was born on 16 March 1908 at Oakland, CA. She was the daughter of Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels and Helen Adelaide Ellsworth. Lucy Lois van Löben Sels married Walter Willis Tryon, son of John Benjamin Tryon and Julia Corcoran, on 14 June 1941 at Amistad, Sacramento Co., CA. Lucy Lois van Löben Sels died on 11 July 1999 at Angels Camp, CA, at age 91.

     Maurits Just van Löben Sels was born on 24 November 1910 at Vorden, CA. He was the son of Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels and Helen Adelaide Ellsworth. Maurits Just van Löben Sels lived in 1992 at Menlo Park, CA. He died on 11 December 1994 at Menlo Park, San Mateo Co., CA, at age 84.

     Adele Virginie van Löben Sels was born on 14 May 1916 at Sacramento, Sacramento Co., CA. She was the daughter of Maurits Carel Constantijn van Löben Sels and Helen Adelaide Ellsworth. Adele Virginie van Löben Sels died on 8 January 1952 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 35.

     Lillian Mastick was born on 17 February 1875 at CA.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Mastick and Rosa Fitch.² Lillian Mastick married Oliver Bryant Ellsworth, son of Henry Goodrich Ellsworth and Harriet Pierce Bryant. Lillian Mastick died on 24 November 1949 at Alameda Co., CA, at age 74.¹

     Beatrice Ellsworth was born on 24 April 1903 at CA.² She was the daughter of Oliver Bryant Ellsworth and Lillian Mastick. Beatrice Ellsworth married Ernest Archibald Wilson, son of Francis F. Wilson and Martha M. Watson, on 27 November 1926 at Piedmont, CA. Beatrice Ellsworth lived in 1940 at San Mateo, CA. She died on 9 February 1992 at Santa Clara Co., CA, at age 88.²

     Lizzie Snyder was born on 17 August 1869 at Niles, CA. She was the daughter of William Snyder and Clarissa Scott. Lizzie Snyder married Edward Augustus Ellsworth II, son of Henry Goodrich Ellsworth and Harriet Pierce Bryant, on 2 February 1892. Lizzie Snyder died on 9 March 1909 at Niles, CA, at age 39.

     Edward Bryant Ellsworth was born on 20 November 1896 at Niles, CA.² He was the son of Edward Augustus Ellsworth II and Lizzie Snyder. Edward Bryant Ellsworth was a member in 1919 at Phi Beta Kappa. He was graduated in 1919 at AB; University of California. He was graduated in 1921 at JD. He married Alta Phyllis Stevens, daughter of William Perry Stevens and Ida Almina Reynolds, on 10 June 1928. Edward Bryant Ellsworth died on 8 September 1965 at Alameda Co., CA, at age 68.²
