     George Gelder Hayes was born on 25 December 1819 at Prattsburgh, Steuben Co., NY.¹ He was the son of Cephas Hayes II and Hezedia Edson.¹ George Gelder Hayes married Lucinda Burke, daughter of David Burke, on 3 March 1841 at Italy, Yates Co., NY.² George Gelder Hayes married Eleanor Robson, daughter of Andrew Robson and Phyllis Stranghan, on 5 March 1846 at Italy, Yates Co., NY.²

     Delia A. Pettibone was the daughter of Hiram R. Pettibone and Jane Curtis.¹ Delia A. Pettibone married A. B. Taylor.¹

     Elizabeth Pettibone was born on 5 May 1783 at Granby, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Gen. Chauncey Pettibone and Theodosia Hayes.¹ Elizabeth Pettibone married Drayton Hillyer.¹ Elizabeth Pettibone married Hezekiah Holcombe III, son of Hezekiah Holcombe II and Chloe Pinney, on 21 June 1821.

     Maria was living in Granby, unmarried, in 1883. ² Maria Hayes was born on 2 September 1812.¹ She was the daughter of Seth Hayes Jr. and Eunice Hoskins.¹
