     John Barber was born on 9 April 1705 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of John Barber and Mary Holcombe. John Barber died on 16 January 1718 at age 12.

     Died young. William Barber was born on 25 November 1706 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of John Barber and Mary Holcombe.

     Died young. Mary Barber was born in 1707. She was the daughter of John Barber and Mary Holcombe.

     Mary Barber was born on 4 January 1708 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of John Barber and Mary Holcombe. Mary Barber married Peter Buell, son of Samuel Buell and Hannah Holcombe, on 20 June 1733 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. Mary Barber died on 2 February 1745 at age 37.

     Peter Buell was born in 1711 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² He was the son of Samuel Buell and Hannah Holcombe. Peter Buell married Mary Barber, daughter of John Barber and Mary Holcombe, on 20 June 1733 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Isaac Barber was born on 2 May 1711 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of John Barber and Mary Holcombe. Isaac Barber married Martha Adams, daughter of Thomas Adams and Martha Buttolph, on 17 April 1735 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. Isaac Barber died before 1761.

     Mindwell Buell was born on 25 August 1714 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Ephriam Buell and Mary Holcombe. Mindwell Buell was baptized on 29 August 1714 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She died on 16 April 1740 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 25.¹

     Ephraim Buell Jr. was born on 24 November 1717 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² He was the son of Ephriam Buell and Mary Holcombe. Ephraim Buell Jr. was baptized on 1 December 1717 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He married Mercy Barber, daughter of Samuel Barber and Sarah Holcombe, on 7 July 1742 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² Ephraim Buell Jr. died on 13 October 1747 at age 29.²

Strickland states that Mindwell was he only known child.

     Mercy Barber was born in 1721. She was the daughter of Samuel Barber and Sarah Holcombe. Mercy Barber married Ephraim Buell Jr., son of Ephriam Buell and Mary Holcombe, on 7 July 1742 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² Mercy Barber died on 14 July 1745.

     Capt. Solomon Buell was born on 22 August 1734 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.³ He was the son of Peter Buell and Mary Barber. Capt. Solomon Buell married Lydia Case, daughter of Thomas Case and Elizabeth Woodford, on 30 May 1756 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.³ Capt. Solomon Buell died on 23 March 1793 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 58.³

Solomon was appointed lieutenant of the first alarm company of Simsbury.

     Lydia Case was born on 7 March 1735/36 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² She was the daughter of Thomas Case and Elizabeth Woodford. Lydia Case married Capt. Solomon Buell, son of Peter Buell and Mary Barber, on 30 May 1756 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² Lydia Case died on 26 May 1818 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 82.²

     David Buell was born on 6 September 1776 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² He was the son of Capt. Solomon Buell and Lydia Case. David Buell married Lodannah Pinney in 1800.

     Lodannah Pinney was also known as Lodama Pinney. She married David Buell, son of Capt. Solomon Buell and Lydia Case, in 1800.

     Col. William Myron Buell was born on 4 January 1810. He was the son of David Buell and Lodannah Pinney. Col. William Myron Buell died on 11 July 1869 at age 59.

Served in the War of 1812.

     James William Buell was employed at Stationmaster, Wosley, SD. He was born on 8 May 1847 at Carey, Wyandot Co., OH. He was the son of Col. William Myron Buell and Laura Persia Starr. James William Buell married Esther W. Leach on 2 March 1873. James William Buell married Ethel Reed Seydel on 29 April 1909 at Santa Barbara, CA.

     Esther W. Leach married James William Buell, son of Col. William Myron Buell and Laura Persia Starr, on 2 March 1873. Esther W. Leach died on 17 January 1875.

     Edmund James Buell was born on 7 June 1891 at Wolsey, Beadle Co., SD. He was the son of James William Buell and Mary Elizabeth Lincoln. Edmund James Buell married Rhea Elizabeth Mahoney on 17 March 1929 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN. Edmund James Buell died on 16 April 1957 at Pipestone, MN, at age 65. He was buried at Pipestone, MN.

     Rhea Elizabeth Mahoney was born on 18 November 1900 at Aurelia, Cherokee Co., Iowa. She married Edmund James Buell, son of James William Buell and Mary Elizabeth Lincoln, on 17 March 1929 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN. Rhea Elizabeth Mahoney died on 13 September 1976 at Pipestone, MN, at age 75. She was buried at Pipestone, MN.

     James Edmund Buell was employed at Cattle Buyer. He lived at 220 1st Ave S., Estherville, Iowa. He was born on 1 January 1932 at Pipestone, MN. He was the son of Edmund James Buell and Rhea Elizabeth Mahoney.
