     Emma Rita Humphrey was born on 1 July 1870 at Sissonville, Kanawha Co., WV. She married Hezekiah Holcombe, son of Paschal Holcombe and Elizabeth J. Kyle, on 1 August 1900 at Clay Co., WV. Emma Rita Humphrey died on 16 April 1943 at Bickmore, Clay Co., WV, at age 72.

     William Smith Holcombe was born on 14 September 1866 at WV.¹ He was the son of John B. Holcombe and Jane Smith.¹ William Smith Holcombe married Olive Blanche Barnette. William Smith Holcombe died on 16 March 1960 at Indore, Clay Co., WV, at age 93.

Lloyd Charles Holcomb, 75, of Maysel entered into rest Monday, February 5, 2007. He was born February 4, 1932 to the late James and Ida Holcomb and was a retired truck driver.

Lloyd is survived by his sons Charles Holcomb of Ravenna, OH, David Holcomb of Atwater, OH, Richard Holcomb of Akron, OH, brother Bobby L. Holcomb of Canton, Oh., sister Lydia Schafstall of Maysel and 2 grandchildren.

There will be no services, the body was cremated. Carl Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, is in charge of arrangements.
