     William Nunn was born circa 1770.¹ He was the son of John Nunn and Eliza Pratt. William Nunn married (?) Atterway.¹

     George Chappell Nunn was born on 16 February 1842 at Macon Co. (now Lee Co.), AL.¹ He was the son of William Ira Nunn and Lavisa Ezell.¹ George Chappell Nunn married Frances Rebecca Sistrunk in 1869 at Marshallville, GA.¹ George Chappell Nunn died on 27 March 1919 at Perry, Houston Co., GA, at age 77.¹ He was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Perry, Houston Co., GA.²

     Fannie E. Mills was born circa 1845.¹ She married Clayton Pinney Holcombe, son of Phelps J. Holcombe and Lavinnia Pinney, on 13 April 1864.¹ Fannie E. Mills died on 28 March 1919.¹ She was buried at Canton Street Cemetery, Canton, Hartford Co., CT.²

     James Noyes was born on 2 August 1677 at New London, New London Co., CT. He married Anne Sanford, daughter of Gov. Peleg Sanford and Mary Coddington.

     Lillie May Holcombe was born on 18 September 1865.¹ She was the daughter of Clayton Pinney Holcombe and Fannie E. Mills.¹ Lillie May Holcombe died on 23 February 1883 at age 17.¹ She was buried at Canton Street Cemetery, Canton, Hartford Co., CT.²

     Gov. Peleg Sanford was born on 10 May 1639. He was the son of Gov. John Sanford and Bridget Hutchinson. Gov. Peleg Sanford married Mary Coddington. Gov. Peleg Sanford died in 1701.

     Emma Louise Beebe was born on 12 April 1872 at CT. She married Joseph Nelson Holcombe, son of Cullen Erasmus Holcombe and Fannie E. Bradley, in 1892. Emma Louise Beebe died on 30 January 1958 at Middletown, Middlesex Co., CT, at age 85.

     Fannie E. Bradley was born on 10 October 1833 at CT. She married Cullen Erasmus Holcombe, son of Joseph Holcombe IV and Mary (?), on 5 September 1852 at Cornwall, Litchfield Co., CT. Fannie E. Bradley died on 24 March 1904 at CT at age 70.

     John Denison was born circa 1701. He married Mary Noyes, daughter of James Noyes and Anne Sanford.

     Elizabeth Mann was born circa 1793. She married Moses Holcombe, son of Consider Holcombe Jr. and Hannah Loomis.¹ Elizabeth Mann died on 9 December 1843. She was buried at McFadden Cemetery, Yale, St. Clair Co., MI.²

     Oliver Smith was born on 27 April 1739 at Groton, New London Co., CT. He married Mary Noyes Denison, daughter of John Denison and Mary Noyes.

     Eunice Elizabeth Holcombe was born on 27 April 1830 at NY.¹ She was the daughter of Moses Holcombe and Elizabeth Mann.¹ Eunice Elizabeth Holcombe died on 24 August 1871 at Yale, St. Clair Co., MI, at age 41.¹ She was buried at McFadden Cemetery, Yale, St. Clair Co., MI.²

     Denison Oliver Smith was born on 19 June 1769 at Stonington, New London Co., CT. He was the son of Oliver Smith and Mary Noyes Denison. Denison Oliver Smith married Waity Smith before 1789. Denison Oliver Smith died on 1 August 1811 at Stonington, New London Co., CT, at age 42.

     Jennie M. Gorsuch was born on 13 March 1880 at PA.¹ She married Samuel E. Holcombe, son of Samuel Eliflet Holcombe and Amy Philinda Griffin, on 18 March 1901 at Alpena, MI.¹ Jennie M. Gorsuch married Oscar Hall circa 1935.¹ Jennie M. Gorsuch died in 1958.¹

     Lewis Allen was born on 2 May 1783 at New London Co., CT. He married Mary Denison Smith, daughter of Denison Oliver Smith and Waity Smith. Lewis Allen died on 3 May 1844 at New London Co., CT, at age 61.

     Velma Bullock married Howard Holcombe, son of Samuel E. Holcombe and Jennie M. Gorsuch.¹

     Thomas Humphrey Cushing Allen was born on 21 September 1822 at New London, New London Co., CT. He was the son of Lewis Allen and Mary Denison Smith. Thomas Humphrey Cushing Allen married Jane Deverdier Woodruff. Thomas Humphrey Cushing Allen died on 15 July 1900 at Lakewood, Chautauqua Co., NY, at age 77.

     Lily May Holcombe was born on 3 November 1903.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel E. Holcombe and Jennie M. Gorsuch.¹ Lily May Holcombe married Vern Keyworth on 20 December 1928.¹

     Edward Bridge Danson II was born on 22 March 1916 at Glendale, Hamilton Co., OH. He was the son of Edward Bridge Danson and Anna Louise Allen. Edward Bridge Danson II married Jessica Harriet MacMaster. Edward Bridge Danson II died on 30 November 2000 at Riverside, Riverside Co., CA, at age 84.

     Cora E. Holcombe was born on 4 February 1907.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel E. Holcombe and Jennie M. Gorsuch.¹ Cora E. Holcombe married Ernest Wecker.¹ Cora E. Holcombe died on 7 December 1966 at age 59.¹

     Edward Bridge Danson was born on 2 November 1862 at England. He married Anna Louise Allen, daughter of William Mercer Allen and Virginia Reakirt Thompson. Edward Bridge Danson died on 1 February 1927 at Hamilton Co., OH, at age 64.

     Edward Bridge Danson III was also known as Ted Danson. He was born on 29 December 1947 at San Diego, San Diego Co., CA. He was the son of Edward Bridge Danson II and Jessica Harriet MacMaster.

     Amy Ellen Holcombe was born on 10 December 1909.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel E. Holcombe and Jennie M. Gorsuch.¹ Amy Ellen Holcombe married Harley York.¹ Amy Ellen Holcombe died on 25 August 1966 at age 56.¹

     Dorothy Nelson married Wesley Holcombe, son of Samuel E. Holcombe and Jennie M. Gorsuch.¹

     Raymond Newton Alford was born on 22 February 1927 at Daisetta, Liberty Co., TX. He married Rosemary Marshall, daughter of Dr. Robert Bruce Marshall and Rose Emily Steckler, on 9 August 1948 at Sulpher, Calcasieu Co., LA. Raymond Newton Alford and Rosemary Marshall were divorced on 9 February 1977 at Liberty Co., TX. Raymond Newton Alford died on 10 October 1980 at Houston, Harris Co., TX, at age 53.

     Maude Angela Hellands was born on 22 December 1878.¹ Maude Angela Hellands was also known as Maude Angela Hellems. She married Edward James Holcombe, son of Samuel Eliflet Holcombe and Amy Philinda Griffin, on 4 March 1900.¹ Maude Angela Hellands died on 2 January 1960 at age 81.¹ She was buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Yale, St. Clair Co., MI.^1,2

     Eva Duncan was born on 3 February 1901.¹ She married Lloyd Ray Holcombe, son of Edward James Holcombe and Maude Angela Hellands.¹

     John Porter Holcombe was born on 26 September 1874 at MS.^1,2,3 He was the son of Eli Barger Holcombe and Sarah J. Matthews.⁴ John Porter Holcombe married Delia F. Harrell. John Porter Holcombe married Lasta Maud Phillips circa 1921.⁴ John Porter Holcombe died on 29 July 1938 at Floresville, Wilson Co., TX, at age 63.⁴

Porter was enumerated in the 1910 Precinct 1, Wilson Co., TX, federal census in the household of his brother George. He was a farmer age 36.⁵

When he registered for the draft on 12 September 1918, he gave his birth as 26 Sept 1874 and he worked for the Gulf Refining Co., in Floresville.His nearest relative was E.B. Holcombe of Floresville (his father).⁵

John P. and Lessie M. were enumerated in the 1930 Precinct 1, Wilson Co., TX, federal census. He was a farmer age 55, she was 41. The census indicated that this was probably not his first marriage.The only child in the household was John P. 2 years 5 months.⁵

Widow Lessie was enumerated in the 1940 Floresville, Wilson Co., TX, federal census. She was 51. Children in the household were John 12, and Joe 8.⁵
