     Isabel Eggleston was born on 25 January 1697.² She was the daughter of Thomas Eggleston and Grace Hoskins. Isabel Eggleston married Abraham Loomis, son of Sgt. Daniel Loomis and Mary Ellsworth, on 5 February 1718.²

     Son Loomis died stillborn. He was born on 3 December 1717. He was the son of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston.

     Isaac Loomis was born on 19 July 1719 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston.

     Jedediah Loomis was born on 1 September 1720 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston. Jedediah Loomis married Sybil Case, daughter of Joshua Case and Anne (?), on 25 November 1748 at Wintonbury Church, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.³ Jedediah Loomis died on 13 January 1808 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT, at age 87; The Loomis Genealogy listed Jedediah's death as January 1807, however, Daniel Maxwell found the Connecticut Church Record Abstracts, 1630-1920, volume 130, page 179 recorded that his death date was 13 January 1808.

     Bowman doesn't know if it was Hannah or her mother that married Nathaniel Burr. Confusion continues into the next generation. A Hannah Lomis also married John Cook in 1735/Stiles 573. Hannah Loomis was born on 15 February 1721/22. She was the daughter of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston. Hannah Loomis married Nathaniel Burr on 8 July 1740.

     Eunice Loomis was born on 23 January 1723 or 1724. She was the daughter of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston. Eunice Loomis died on 30 August 1746.

     Joseph Loomis was born on 29 August 1725. He was the son of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston.

     Sarah Loomis was born on 22 February 1733/34. She was the daughter of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston. Sarah Loomis married John Clark in 1755. Sarah Loomis died in 1758.

Bowman isn't sure about the marriage to John.

     (an unknown value.) Nathaniel Burr was born on 23 March 1716/17 at Haddam, Middlesex Co., CT.² He married Hannah Loomis, daughter of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston, on 8 July 1740. Nathaniel Burr died on 12 September 1802 at Haddam, Middlesex Co., CT, at age 85.²

     John Clark married Sarah Loomis, daughter of Isaac Loomis and Hannah Eggleston, in 1755.

     Jerusha Loomis was born on 21 April 1722.¹ She was the daughter of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Jerusha Loomis died on 16 January 1757 at age 34.¹

     Abraham Loomis was born on 17 October 1724.¹ He was the son of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Abraham Loomis died in 1788.

     Isabel Loomis was born on 26 October 1729. She was the daughter of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Isabel Loomis died in 1784.

     Capt. Epaphras Loomis was born on 13 November 1732 at Torrington, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Capt. Epaphras Loomis married Mary Hills, daughter of Benoni Hills and Hannah Strong, on 9 September 1755.¹ Capt. Epaphras Loomis died on 10 September 1812 at Winchester, CT, at age 79.¹

Epaphras was Copt. 8th Co., 2nd Battlion, Continental army, 1776, and served in the N.Y. campaign. He had 3 sons in his Co. -- Epaphras, Wait and Remembrance. See D.A.R. Vol. VIII, p. 308.²

     Mary Hills was born on 25 September 1734 at Durham, Middlesex Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Benoni Hills and Hannah Strong.¹ Mary Hills married Capt. Epaphras Loomis, son of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston, on 9 September 1755.¹ Mary Hills died on 12 February 1813 at age 78.¹

     Jemima Loomis was born on 4 July 1734 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.^2,3 She was the daughter of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Jemima Loomis married Deacon Noah North, son of Ebenezer North and Sybil Curtis, on 25 March 1756 at Torrington, Litchfield Co., CT.^2,3 Jemima Loomis died on 27 December 1767 at Torrington, Litchfield Co., CT, at age 33.^2,3

     Deacon Noah North was born on 10 January 1733 at Kensington, Hartford Co., CT.^1,2 He was the son of Ebenezer North and Sybil Curtis.¹ Deacon Noah North married Jemima Loomis, daughter of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston, on 25 March 1756 at Torrington, Litchfield Co., CT.^1,2 Deacon Noah North married Elizabeth Humphrey on 29 April 1771.^1,2 Deacon Noah North died on 5 April 1818 at Torrington, Litchfield Co., CT, at age 85.^1,2

In her letter, Kathy Fenton lists Noah's death as 4 Mar 1818. He represesnted Torrington in the legislature for several years, was selectman of the town, and deacon of the church. Kathy cites as sources for the descendants of Noah John North of Farmington Connecticut and His Descendants by Dexter North, 1921; and History of Torrington, CT from its first settlement 1737 by Samuel Orcutt, 1878²

The North genealogy calls both Junius and Remembrance as sons of Noah and Elizabeth Humphrey, but this is not posible as Jemima died with the birth of her youngest daughter in Dec 1767, and Noah did not remarry until 1771. ²

     Benoni Loomis was born on 28 September 1738. He was the son of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Benoni Loomis was baptized on 8 October 1738. He died on 27 February 1741/42 at age 3.¹

     Remembrance Loomis was born on 30 September 1743. She was the daughter of Abraham Loomis and Isabel Eggleston. Remembrance Loomis died on 18 January 1744/45 at age 1.¹

     Joanna Alvord was born on 1 March 1701. She was the daughter of Jeremy Alvord and Jane Hoskins. Joanna Alvord married Benjamin Loomis, son of Sgt. Daniel Loomis and Mary Ellsworth, on 9 December 1725. Joanna Alvord died in 1801.

Stiles says it is possable she was the Benj. L's wife who d. 22 or 24 Sept. 1751. Bowman shows date as 1801. Stiles alternately spells this last name Alford and Alvord.

     Jeremy Alvord married Jane Hoskins. Jeremy Alvord was born on 24 December 1655. He was the son of Sgt. Benedictus Alvord and Jane Newton. Jeremy Alvord died on 6 June 1709 at age 53.

     Jane Hoskins married Jeremy Alvord, son of Sgt. Benedictus Alvord and Jane Newton. Jane Hoskins died on 19 May 1715.

     Stiles lists seven children of Gideon and Joanna; Bowman only lists five. Joanna Loomis was born on 31 July 1726. She was the daughter of Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord. Joanna Loomis married Gideon Loomis, son of Stephen Loomis and Mabel Hoskins, on 8 December 1748 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.

     Benjamin Loomis was born on 12 January 1728/29.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord. Benjamin Loomis died on 8 February 1728/29.¹

     Tabitha Loomis was born on 16 October 1730.² She was the daughter of Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord. Tabitha Loomis married John Burr, son of John Burr and Mary Root, in 1747. Tabitha Loomis died in 1828.

     Benjamin Loomis was born on 10 April 1732.² He was the son of Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord. Benjamin Loomis married Elizabeth Barber, daughter of Aaron Barber and Mary Douglas, on 3 February 1751 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. Benjamin Loomis married Lydia Drake, daughter of Enoch Drake and Dorcas Eggleston, in 1760. Benjamin Loomis died in 1781.

     Rachel Loomis was born on 5 August 1735.¹ She was the daughter of Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord.

     Serajah Loomis was born on 4 December 1740.³ He was the son of Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord. Serajah Loomis married Sybil Loomis, daughter of Jedediah Loomis and Sybil Case, on 31 October 1767. Serajah Loomis died in 1811.

     Abigal Osborn was born in 1725. She was the daughter of Jacob Osborn.

     Lucy Osborn was the daughter of Jacob Osborn.

     Hon. and Col. Matthew Allyn was the son of Capt. Thomas Allyn and Abigail Warham. Hon. and Col. Matthew Allyn married Elizabeth Wolcott, daughter of Henry Wolcott and Abiah Goffe, on 5 January 1686.

     Elizabeth Wolcott was born on 27 August 1665. She was the daughter of Henry Wolcott and Abiah Goffe. Elizabeth Wolcott married Hon. and Col. Matthew Allyn, son of Capt. Thomas Allyn and Abigail Warham, on 5 January 1686. Elizabeth Wolcott died on 4 June 1734 at age 68.

     Ens. John Allyn was born on 28 November 1729. He was the son of Josiah Allyn and Sarah Ellsworth.

     Josiah survived the Wyoming, PA, Indian massacre. Lt. Josiah Allyn was also known as Josiah Allen. He was born on 3 November 1727. He was the son of Josiah Allyn and Sarah Ellsworth. Lt. Josiah Allyn married Anny Allyn in 1751. Lt. Josiah Allyn died in 1794.

     Matthew Allyn married Mary (?) Matthew Allyn was born on 3 April 1732. He was the son of Josiah Allyn and Sarah Ellsworth. Matthew Allyn died on 14 December 1768 at age 36.

     Mary (?) married Matthew Allyn, son of Josiah Allyn and Sarah Ellsworth. Died at age 63. Mary (?) died on 6 September 1777.

     Mary Allyn was born on 2 January 1731. She was the daughter of Josiah Allyn and Sarah Ellsworth.

     Sgt. John Strong married Mary Pinney. Sgt. John Strong was born on 25 December 1665 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of John Strong Jr. and Elizabeth Warriner. Sgt. John Strong married Hannah Trumbull, daughter of Deacon John Trumbull, on 26 November 1686. Sgt. John Strong died on 29 May 1749 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT, at age 83.

     Hannah Trumbull was the daughter of Deacon John Trumbull. Hannah Trumbull married Sgt. John Strong, son of John Strong Jr. and Elizabeth Warriner, on 26 November 1686. Hannah Trumbull died on 4 July 1747.

     Nathaniel Ellsworth was born on 9 September 1790. He was the son of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Abigail Strong. Nathaniel Ellsworth died on 16 September 1790.

     Abigail Ellsworth was born on 7 August 1731. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Abigail Strong. Abigail Ellsworth died on 8 August 1739 at age 8.

     Asahel Ellsworth was born on 17 July 1734. He was the son of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Abigail Strong. Asahel Ellsworth died on 2 May 1753 at age 18.

     Nathaniel Ellsworth was born on 30 April 1738. He was the son of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Abigail Strong. Nathaniel Ellsworth died on 25 May 1742 at age 4.

     Moses Ellsworth was born on 11 May 1748. He was the son of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Catherine (?)

     Joel Ellsworth was born on 9 February 1749 or 1750. He was the son of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Catherine (?)

     Abigail Ellsworth was born on 3 August 1752. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Catherine (?)

     (?) Ellsworth was the child of Nathaniel Ellsworth Sgt. and Abigail Strong. (?) Ellsworth died in July 1740.

     Asahel E. Paine was the son of Ezra Paine and Abigail Ellsworth.
